100 YEAR OLD HOUSE

This 100 year old home is located near the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City.  It needed a not only a new floorpan but new electrical, plumbing and, after termite damage was discovered, even a new exterior wall!  We added on a master bath and took almost every room down to the studs. During the whole renovation we tried to keep as much of the original home as possible and keep it feeling traditional and timeless.
